All Dinosaurs are here, and they’re ready for you to love them with their latest recorded effort, Rules of Civility & Decent Behavior. Much like the group’s last album Paranoid Indigenous, this offering is a full-bore audio assault from start to finish, custom-made for anyone who likes their music loud and frenetic!
The best contemporary comparison one could make with All Dinosaurs would be to draw a parallel between this band and Mastodon; particularly through the rhythm section. Joe Willis, who provides the pounding beats for All Dinosaurs, is definitely in the league of Mastodon skinsman Brann Dailor in terms of sheer speed and power. Skillful lead guitars combined with heavy riffage give the music a metallic edge, while the vox from Dave Gibian and Bo are infused with plenty of punk attitude.
This band has many different influences, ranging from thrash to surf to punk, all coming together in a package full of rough edges, carefully polished to a perfect, imperfect sheen.
All Dinosaurs are a group of guys making powerful music independently, music that demands to be heard. It would definitely be a disservice to the world of rock for any fan who passes this record up. To anyone who wishes they could hear rock music like it used to be played on the radio all the time, buying this record is a great way to get the rock revolution going!
And yes, the album is indeed slated to be pressed as a record, that is, vinyl. So get your turntables running! All Dinosaurs will be playing their official record release show on July 28 at the Beachland Ballroom along with Two Hand Fools and Natural Disasters, and copies of Rules of Civility & Decent Behavior will be available on vinyl for purchase. Keep rock alive and get your copy!
